Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will act as a talent business partner and champion our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced hires and early careers' recruitment, for white and blue-collars roles. This role will partner with all functions of the business and play a critical role in shaping and building the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz through attracting and hiring the right candidates.
Requirements
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Operational roles
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers
- Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies)
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy
- Train the business in interviewing skills and best practice
