Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking an experienced and proven CEO to lead Creditstar Sweden through its next phase of growth, with responsibilities including executing overall company strategy, leading the credit market company licensing process, and ensuring full compliance with Swedish and EU financial regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive within fintech, banking, or regulated financial services
• Experience operating under Swedish regulation (Finansinspektionen) and/or EU financial regulatory frameworks
• Understanding of banking and/or credit market company requirements, risk management, AML/CFT, and governance standards
• Ability to meet fit and proper requirements under Swedish financial regulation
