Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer role at Creditstar Group, a rapidly growing international consumer finance company. Lead ideation workshops, create user-centric designs, and build design systems to deliver digital banking products of the future.

Requirements

• Lead ideation workshops and work closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing and Engineering team.
• Produce all design artifacts from initial discovery to final UI design details.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and more to communicate ideas.
• Bulk of time designing best-in-class customer experience for loan application process and self-service platforms.
• Build design system that delivers cohesive customer experience across all countries.
• Make well-reasoned design decisions and advocate for the best possible user experience.
• Play a key role in a multi-disciplinary squad working with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Experiences in leading design of world-class product launches in a fast-growing company before.
• Passion about inclusive design and accessibility, designing with all users in mind.
• Attention to detail in UI design and comfortable zooming out to see the broader picture.
• Experiences in coordinating and running usability, focus group, and remote testing and ideation workshops with stakeholders.
• Experiences in creating detailed wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate ideas.
• Hands-on designing capabilities in Figma, from wire-framing to detailed UI polish.
• Experiences in creating and using design systems and component libraries.
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and ability to present ideas.
• Experiences in financial services is a plus.
