Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with owning and scaling consumer lending products.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and put yourself into the shoes of customers and internal teams.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to produce quality product requirements.
• Cooperation skills to work with other Product Managers and business functions.
• Ability to manage a product in a globally distributed environment.
