Job Description
The Transitional Housing Program Administrator is responsible for scheduling and planning programming for clients, delivering reintegration programming, and collaborating with local Justice and Corrections staff and key partners.
Requirements
- College diploma in Social Work, Corrections, Justice Services, Counseling, or a related field
- Three to five years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English and Cree
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Good program planning, organization and implementation skills
- Adaptability to work environments and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of Cree communities and cultural insights
- Experience in Frontline work with Cree children, youth or adults in programming
