The Kitchen Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily shift operation of the Kitchen in the Diner or Deli, maintaining sales and volume reports, and training staff. They must be friendly and courteous, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years verifiable related employment experience in restaurant
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Verifiable experience in implementing and maintaining food production operational standards
- Ability to work irregular hours/days as business dictates
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Ability to work odd, irregular hours in a restaurant environment that is open seven days/week
- Ability to comply with all other requirements as specified within the CIEDA Personnel Policies and Procedures
