Job Description
The Marketing Assistant will interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinate lease renewals. They will provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors, and effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor
- Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge in Entrata preferred
