Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance department in a Full Time position. The successful candidate will verify, obtain approvals and process all invoices from vendors and associates, prepare and submit documents for audits, and perform other job-related duties.
Requirements
- Verify that purchasing procedures are followed
- Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting requirements
- Sort and verify accuracy of Night Audit work
- Assist with Accounts Receivable billing and credit collection documentation
- Prepare and upload documents for the MDO, Internal audit requirement
