Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Courtyard/Residence Inn by Marriott Poplar Creek Complex. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or in a high volume industry
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
