Groundskeeper

The lake life is calling! Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for motivated individuals to join our Landscaping and Grounds team. As a Groundskeeper, you are the guardian of our 17,000-acre resort’s natural beauty.

Requirements

• Precision Maintenance: Safely operate walk-mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and hedge trimmers to keep curbs and walkways looking sharp.
• Beautification Projects: Participate in seasonal landscape projects, including planting trees and shrubs, mulching, overseeding, and greenhouse maintenance.
• Site Cleanliness: Utilize blowers for debris removal and ensure all trash and debris are cleared from resort grounds.
• Manual Artistry: Expertly shovel sand, gravel, or mulch, and perform hand-weeding to maintain high-detail areas.
• Equipment Stewardship: Maintain daily fuel and fluid levels for all gear. Clean and return tools to storage areas, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and the mechanic staff to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
