Blossom Hotel is seeking a Line Cook to join their Food and Beverage team in a luxury hotel kitchen. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to food quality and safety.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, fast-paced conditions.
- Manual dexterity for food preparation and plating.
