Line Leader (1st Shift)

Line Leaders are responsible for ensuring that the production assembly line is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule. They provide effective training to the line staff and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Read and understand safety instructions
• Operate a clean and organized line
• Recognize and motivate talented line workers
• Train production line people and monitor their performance
• Work closely with support staff to resolve issues
• Manage and prioritize staffing assignments
• Plan and schedule each hour of the shift
• Verify, manage and reconcile inventory consumption usage
• Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor
