Material Handler- FLO (1st Shift)

Crescent Forklift Operators are responsible to move the necessary materials throughout the warehouse in an effective, efficient, and safe manner. They are responsible to provide the necessary logistics services to our internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Safety: Read, understand, and follow the Doing it Safe Playbook. Understands and complies with all safety requirements.
• People: Motivated member of the Crescent team. Ability to work and complete individually assigned tasks.
• Productivity: Operate forklift efficiently to maximize productive time. Communicate with Production to prioritize, pull, and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation.
• Quality: Load trucks according to Crescent and Customer requirements with consideration for weight, balance, and load security.
• Customer Value: Handle customer owned product with care and protect their brand.
• Financial: Provide ideas to continually improve productivity, GMP’s, and RSW. Continually seek out means to remove sources of waste throughout the warehouse.
