Job Description
Beta Engineering is seeking a Substation Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, interpretation, application, and documentation of drawings and calculations pertaining to the physical design of a substation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Mathcad, Excel, and PowerPoint required; strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of all or some of the following applications are preferred: AutoCAD, CDEGS grounding software, CYMCAP, LitePro, FEAP, Southwire SAG/Ten, Alcoa, Vehicle Tracking, SAP-2000.
