Surveyor

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team working from our Leeds Office, where you will be covering developments across the region. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.

Requirements

• Previous Housebuilding/Residential Main Contractor experience
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting and forecasting
• Numbers driven person, commercially aware and with strong problem solving skills
• Qualifications and memberships aligned to Surveyor level within the industry
