Requirements
- Bachelor's of Engineering preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience is required
- CTS Cert preferred
- Experience in AutoCAD, Visio, Excel/Word, etc. to develop documentation and project submittals
- Experience in Audiovisual Equipment, Videoconferencing Endpoints, Network Equipment, Network Services, Hardware, Software, and Managed Services offering
- Must have industry experience with Audio Video & Network distribution systems
- Customer facing serves as an escalation point of Sales Support
- Interpersonal/written/verbal communications skills, with the ability to learn new technologies
- Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
- Assists less experienced peers
- Knowledge and proficiency with Streaming AV solutions design
- Creates hand drawings of AV systems
- Knowledge and proficiency with Network Teleconferencing and Unified Communication solutions and design
