Crestwood is looking for a Peer Support Specialist to join their team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others and has a personal experience of recovery from mental health, substance use, or trauma conditions. Crestwood is committed to creating innovative recovery programs and developing compassionate communities that support each client in their journey.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
• A mental health/SUD lived experience
• 80-hour Peer Support Learning or equivalent
• Current techniques of behavioral intervention training within six (6) months of hire
