Job Description
As a tax assurance associate, you will provide tax and consulting services, prepare federal and state tax returns, and communicate tax impacts on clients' businesses. Responsibilities include preparing year-end tax projections, developing and delivering tax planning strategies, and providing services related to planning assurance engagements and preparing financial statements.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Accounting
- Solid academic performance and achievement in relevant areas of study
- Technical accounting knowledge
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently
- Effective time management skills
