Requirements

• CPA designation required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation a plus
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with increasing responsibility
• Strong technical knowledge in flow-through entity and individual taxation, with multi-state and high-net-worth exposure
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
