Job Description
Tra Mar Mechanical is seeking a Service Technician with 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service to complete preventative maintenance and repairs independently, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install commercial HVAC and related equipment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in commercial HVAC service
- Ability to train and develop junior technicians
- Experience with commercial, multi-family and residential service calls and projects
- Basic understanding of Rooftop Units, Split Systems, and Ductless Systems, BAS Controls, Troubleshooting Cooling Towers, and Chillers
- Ability to create relationships with clients and provide remarkable service
- Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business
- Safety-first attitude
- Ability to determine priorities based on a call schedule
- Promptly and accurately completes all required paperwork
