Mechanical Project Manager -

The Mechanical Project Manager will procure, estimate, manage and control a client's mechanical project from conception through completion, requiring nurturing existing owner direct relationships and managing traditional design build or design assist projects.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in the construction industry
• HVAC systems layout and design understanding
• Experience with AutoCad and Viewpoint
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate: Excel, Word, Bluebeam
