Sheet Metal Foreman

The Sheet Metal Foreman will oversee and execute HVAC projects with precision and excellence, leading a team of technicians and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC/Sheet Metal fabrication experience
• Strong leadership, facilitation, team building and process improvement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Ability to plan and see the "big picture"
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Written and verbal communication skills
