Job Description
Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) contractors will help conduct environmental due diligence assessments for commercial real estate transactions by performing Phase I ESAs, reviewing historical records, conducting site inspections, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
- 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred).
