Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - Contractor

We are looking for contractors to conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Phase I ESAs, strong technical writing skills, and familiarity with Quire writing platform.

Requirements

• Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
• 5+ years of experience in Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments
• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline
• Ability to conduct thorough research
• Understanding of environmental regulations and contamination types
• Strong technical writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with Quire writing platform and templates (preferred)
