Job Description
Assist the Chief Electrician in the maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical equipment on board a cruise ship. Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and maintain records of all maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician on board vessels
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment commonly used on board ships
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Valid STCW certification and other relevant licenses and certifications
