Job Description
Set up and maintain technical equipment and props for performances and events onboard a cruise ship. Assist performers and production team with technical needs and troubleshoot issues during performances.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Backstage Technician in a live performance or event setting
- Strong knowledge of technical equipment, including lighting, sound, and rigging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
