Job Description
The Catering Manager is responsible for the organization, control and delivery of high quality catering services, including training kitchen staff, organizing meals, and managing inventory.
Requirements
- Training Kitchen staff
- Organizing and supervising staff in meal preparation
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Supporting galley team with special diets
- Creating and monitoring food cost and inventory reports
- Checking supply invoices and reporting discrepancies
- Preparing Victualling on board and cashbook files
- Ensuring correct and timely valuation of inventory
