Concierge

The Concierge is responsible for maintaining a superior level of service to guests, including anticipating their needs, responding promptly, and resolving complaints. They must also maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and local events, and coordinate guest requests with vendors.

Requirements

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, and local events.
• Coordinate guest requests with vendors.
• Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
• Legibly document all pertinent information in guest request log(s).
