Job Description
The Entertainment Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse and engaging entertainment program for guests of all ages, managing a team of entertainment staff, and collaborating with other departments to create unique entertainment experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, performing arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful entertainment programs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of technical aspects of entertainment, including sound, lighting, and stage management
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
