Job Description
The Entertainment Director will serve as the department head for the entertainment, responsible for operational efficiency, quality control, and strategic scheduling to generate revenue. The role involves ensuring safety regulations are met, monitoring team activities, and creating voyage reports for shore-side management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in the hospitality industry (entertainment experience preferred)
- 3+ years with personnel management experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
- Worked in a similar role or at least as Asst. Cruise Director
