Job Description
Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients, provide exceptional service, and anticipate their needs. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the VIP client experience, build and maintain relationships with clients, and handle client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of luxury travel and destinations preferred
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
