Front Desk Staff

The Front Desk Staff is responsible for providing a positive first impression to guests onboard the cruise ship, handling guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
