Head Baker

Manage the daily operations of the ship's bakery, work closely with the Executive Chef to create baked goods, train and supervise a team of bakers, and maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Baker
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to manage and train a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and obtain necessary travel documents
