Job Description
Lounge Technician will install, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, perform routine maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cruise ship or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including sound systems, lighting systems, and video equipment
- Familiarity with various software and systems used in audiovisual technology
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
