Provision Utility

The Provision Utility will support the efficient operation of the ship's provisioning department by assisting with receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of food, beverages, and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a maritime environment and on a rotating schedule
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items, including boxes and crates, as required
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation principles
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
