Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team at Crew Life at Sea. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the maritime industry, and a solid background in managing visa procedures.

Requirements

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the maritime industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the job market to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective
• Attend job fairs and other industry events to promote our company and attract potential candidates
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating travel arrangements and completing necessary paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and procedures
