Job Description
Oversee technical operations of vessels, develop maintenance schedules, monitor performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role in the maritime industry
- Strong knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance, and repair
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using computer software and programs
- Willingness to travel and work on board vessels when necessary
