Job Description
Responsible for the entire onboard wine program, including sales, inventory, and requisitioning procedures. Assists wait staff with wine sales and provides overall wine service.
Requirements
- Selling beverage during meal hours in Main Dining Rooms or designated venue
- Providing overall beverage service
- Restocking wine cellar daily
- Knowledge of wine list and pairing with food
