As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements
- Must have end-to-end sales experience — from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing business.
- Must have strong experience in the B2B market, preferably selling to SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise accounts.
- Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
- Must have experience handling enterprise accounts or large corporate clients in previous roles.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar quota-carrying sales role.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate complex concepts simply and compellingly.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and activities.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
