We are looking for motivated and skilled Appointment Setters to join the sales team, responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing products/services, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role
- Preferably has lead generation experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets
- Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and strategies
- Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus
