Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes.
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments.
- Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations.
- Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
