We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to own the entire marketing engine, from brand to pipeline, and drive growth and demand generation for CrewBloom, a remote staffing company.
Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing, with strong B2B or services experience
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just impressions
- Deep experience in multi-channel growth: SEO, paid ads, outbound, and social
- Strong operator, comfortable writing copy, launching campaigns, and building systems yourself
- Experience building or scaling marketing in a startup or lean environment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth and founder-led marketing
- Data-driven, experimental, and highly accountable
