We are looking for a Content Creator to transform our organic social presence into a high-performance acquisition channel. You will architect and execute a high-velocity short-form video strategy and design, launch, and scale our Creator Program.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing accounts and generating millions of views through strategic short-form video
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators or influencers
• Expertise in narrative tension and retention editing
• Understanding of how to make professional services "bingeable" without sacrificing brand authority or institutional trust
• Autonomy to spot gaps in the market, script solutions, and coordinate production
• Ability to use metrics to validate creative intuition and predict virality
• Understanding of platform updates and creator psychology to find the next 1% edge in distribution
• Capability to think in "franchises" and build repeatable content formats that scale and compound over time
