As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive the initial stages of the sales process, identifying and engaging potential clients through proactive outreach strategies, generating qualified leads for our sales success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience is required
- At least 2 years of experience in coldcalling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress
