We’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Creator Program Lead to launch and scale our Reels strategy, build and escalate our Creator Program, and support creative direction across web and campaign assets.

• Proven experience growing social accounts via Reels
• Clear case studies showing virality (with metrics)
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling & retention
• Ability to think in formats, not just posts
