Social Media & Creator Program Lead (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Program Lead to launch and scale our Reels strategy, build and escalate our Creator Program, and support creative direction across web and campaign assets. This is a part-time remote position.

• Proven experience growing social accounts via Reels
• Clear case studies showing virality (with metrics)
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling & retention
• Ability to think in formats, not just posts
• Performance mindset (not just aesthetic-focused)
• Strong communication and ownership
• Good command over social media and designing tools
