Verifications Team Lead

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for verifying employment histories, educational backgrounds, professional references, and license statuses for job applicants on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

• Train and coach new and current employees in the Verification Department
• Administrative responsibilities related to verifications and submitting End of Day reports as may be required in support of management
• Conduct queue cleanup
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and WIP checks for all agents to ensure that processes are followed
• Assist hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring process
• Process verification files
