Job Description
Crexi is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to support and maintain the company's go-to-market technology stack, with Salesforce CRM as the primary platform. The ideal candidate will have experience administering GTM platforms, APIs, and ETL/data pipeline tooling, as well as a strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration and commercial real estate operations.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM
- Administer and maintain connected GTM platforms
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
- Manage day-to-day ETL tasks and data pipeline tooling
- Collaborate with Engineering and Revenue Operations to support custom backend integrations and system development initiatives
- Maintain data governance standards
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Support planning and execution for system upgrades and new tool rollouts
- Administer AI and automation tooling
- Monitor the lead-to-cash process
- Maintain detailed documentation
