Job Description
Crunch Fitness is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic District Personal Training Manager to lead, develop, and manage a team of performance coaches. The role involves full-cycle management, growth opportunities, and driving revenue goals through sales and service strategies. Requirements
- 6-8 Locations
- Hire develop and manage performance of qualified PT, MIT, PTM and Assistant PT Managers
- Manage all PT, MIT, PTM and Assistant PT Manager schedules
- Negotiate budget and manage expenses
- Train staff on sales techniques
