Job Description
The Crisis Center for South Suburbia is seeking a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator to provide group and individual services to clients who have caused harm to a partner in an intimate relationship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- 2+ years experience working with families in crisis, domestic violence experience preferred
- Completion of a 40-hour Partner Abuse Intervention training (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel for offsite group sessions
- Experience facilitating groups and/or working with individuals who have caused harm in intimate partner relationships preferred
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, accountability models, and domestic violence dynamics
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and ethical standards
